Losing weight at the plate...

So this past week, my husband kicked me out of the house and sent me pouting to a yoga class. Let me be clear, I love yoga. But I love it at my own pace, in my house, on the DVD. I had folks from Wayne Pres, Moorestown Pres, Oxford Pres, our Presbytery, family, friends, and members of the surrounding community. It was THE MOST diverse worshipping crowd I have seen in a VERY long time, if ever. It looke...
